Sri Lanka tour
The trip was made memorable by our well experienced and caring tour guide, Mr Clement, who took care of our every need. His good manners, great driving and communication skills and knowledge of the country, made us feel very comfortable and led us to really enjoying the tour. He also has exceptional patience as a tour guide which is certainly needed as a foreigner. Some of the hotels were not up to standard which is why I have not rated this 5 stars. Three Thumbs up for 360 Lanka Tours.
Experience was great. Planned a trip on short notice, and nicely handled executed. Ms. Trishula was our executive for planning and we were provided with great Tour guide, Mr. Clement Prasanna. He his very experienced and has great knowledge of places and history. He was kind enough to modify our trips as we had 4yo toddler with us. And tried to keep us comfortable as much possible. Exceptional Hospitality & A Truly Memorable Sri Lanka Experience
A heartfelt thank you to 360 Tour Sri Lanka for making our trip such a wonderful experience. Right from the planning stage till the final execution, Nethmi was extremely supportive, professional, and cooperative. I know I can be a demanding and tough client with multiple changes in itinerary, hotels, and places, but she handled everything patiently and perfectly throughout. A special appreciation to Lakmal, our driver and guide, who was extremely knowledgeable, a very safe driver, and always took great care of all of us. From helping us find Indian food anytime and anywhere we wanted, to constantly ensuring we had all our belongings especially reminding us about our passports every time we checked out of a hotel and got into the car his care and attention were truly commendable. We had a great experience with 360 Tours in Sri Lanka. The entire trip was well organized, punctual, and exactly as described. Communication before and during the tour was clear and professional, and all arrangements ran smoothly. Our guide, Clement, was outstanding. We asked for a customised trip and we were not dissapointed. From the very first moment, they understood what we wanted, were very open, flexible and responsive to our demands. Driver/Guide accompanied 4 day tour of central Sri Lanka
We had a fantastic experience with 360 Tours Lanka. We took a 4-day tour, and visited Kandy, Sigiriya, Nuwara Eliya and Minneriya National Park. We had a fantastic driver, Kavinda, who was unrelentingly kind, friendly, hugely knowledgeable, and worked really hard to ensure our personalized itinerary was full, informative and fun. He was ever cheerful and always on hand to advise and help out if we needed. Unforgettable highlights included watching the sunset from the top of Lion's rock, the beautiful mountains and waterfalls near Nuwara Eliya and a personal guided tour of the Temple of the Tooth in Kandy. Sri Lanka is a beautiful country and we were able to appreciate it with the help of 360 lanka. I sent the company an itinerary of places and experiences I wanted to have in Sri Lanka and with the help of Sharma in the office and Clement as guide and driver, my friend and I had a wonderful time. Choose Clement ☺️ don’t even think twice.I am reviewing Open 360 Tours Lanka, but the truth is I am actually reviewing and recommeding our guide/chauffeur - CLEMENT - as it was the first name I heard once I booked my trip to Sri Lanka. A few friends from work were in Sri Lanka a few years before and said all the good things about Clement (360 Tours Lanka).Once I booked my trip with my girlfriend I immediately contacted Clement trough whatsapp to let him know about my budget, plans, areas I would like to visit, and activities that we wouldn’t want to miss out. I can only say all our trip was excellent. Clement was a a true local guide, genuine, honest, and ready to help out 24/7. A true gentleman since we were picked up from the airport on day one, until he drop us off at the airport on the final day. Trough all our 2 weeks on Sri Lanka, 7-21 July, he helped us in every aspect: finding the best hotels, sometimes checking 2 or 3 hotels, the rooms and to negotiate the prices; safaries; to find the best areas to visit and temples; he recommended restaurants; helps us on day to day stress with laundry spots hard to find in some cities; find some bakeries or supermarkets; ready to picked us up at any point of the day if suddenly started to rain; help us find a last minute pharmacy if we needed; all sorts of things.Clement, always with a smile and ready to help is 100% reliable, trustfull and professional. He was like our true private security guard with all the respect, humility and local knowledge you need to have the best adventure in Sri Lanka. Great experience
We went on a three day trip starting in Negombo. We visited Sigiriya, Kandy and Ella. The Journey was filled with different experiences. The highlights for us being the visit to a tea factory, climbing the rock in Sigiriya, trying local food and visiting Ella. We were so lucky to have Clement as our driver and guide during the tour. Excellent travel company for Sri Lanka
We would highly recommend 360 tours for your trip to Sri Lanka. From the minute we sent our initial enquiry they were responsive and professional. Nethmi organised our tour - every question we had was answered quickly and she was extremely helpful and flexible in helping us organise an itinerary. Upon arrival we met our Guide and Driver, Clement, who we spent the next two weeks with on our tour. Clement took care of everything, looking after us every step of the way and making sure the itinerary ran like clockwork. He was a knowledgeable guide and very good company on the trip - with a great sense of humour. We travelled to Negombo, Sigiriya, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Ella, Tangalle, Mirissa and Colombo - all parts of the trip went to plan and we had a fantastic time in this wonderful country. Wow! What can we say, this tour was exceptional. The booking process was straightforward and the flexibility offered to provide a more bespoke trip to meet our preferred itinerary was very much appreciated. The service proved by our guide, driver, and now friend, Darshana was the best. He went over and above with everything, from offering to help with phones, medicines, taking photos, recommendations, information and just being very friendly and great company. Incredible memories
Just had great experience with 360 tours. They organised a great itinerary for me and my two kids 16 and 12 that encompassed a mix of culture and nature. Everything was seamless from arrival at airport to departure. Wonderful Tour with Family organized by 360 Tours Lanka
They organized our tour to Srilanka. Right fron the start, they were very professional. Once you tell them to organize the tour, they just take care of everything and rest assured that you will have a memorable tour with your family. Ms. Nethmi was good in coordinating and assuring you of organizing hotel stay, chauffeur, airport pick up and colombo city tour. I would say they provide quality service and they are giving absolute Value for Money. Their chauffeur Mr. Darshana was simply amazing. Mr. Charath, the owner, is so kind, humble, polite and gentle that He receives you on the first day and sees you off at the last day. Maximum activities for shot time stay in Sri Lanka
It was spontaneous and the best choice. We had only 2 days, but thanx to the agency these days were fully filled with visits, entertainment, discoveries, amazing experience. Elephant foundation, wild life, spices and tea factories, temples, Lion Mountain and many other things. Very comfortable tour, nice hotel choice, very good guide and amazing person Mr. Sumudu (thank you so much).
