After breakfast, you will set off to the Ancient City of Polonnaruwa, another heritage site with the Brahmanic monuments built by the Cholas. You will visit the Royal Palace of King Parakramabahu I in the 12th century. Next will be a safari ride in Minneriya National Park which is home to many wild animals including elephants, leopards, sloth bears, and spotted deer.
